  : Everything! the tv didn’t work! The breakfast was cereal, pretzel, muffin, waffle and water down orange juice! They have NO DOLLY/CARRIER so you have to take your belongings to the room yourself! Our door was already open when we checked in! Dirty hallways.. the house keeper walked in on me while I was coming out the shower! Staff is rude and sink water smells like a dirty sewer! The clock in the room wasn’t working also ! It was very disappointing

  : the rooms were dirty with cigarette holes on the sheets and lamp shade. One room smelled like cigarette smoke. Lamp shades had bugs. For my family and I, it was not sleeping conditions. We left and went to another hotel.

  : I liked seeing my family. I appreciated the help provided by staff who booked me a room when Booking.com failed to update my reservation. And the staff member who refunded my card after seeing pictures of my horrible stay.
  : I didn't like the Booking.com didn't actually make my updated reservation with the Quality Inn North although they emailed me a confirmation. The first room smelled smoky and damp/molded. We checked in late after fighting hours of traffic and needed to rest before our Aunt's funeral. So, we were fine with switching to a second room which was a walk uup to the second floor. We ran out to grab food. Once we ate and were ready to shower, prep for the next day, and go to bed, we discovered the room was FILTHY. Opened the shower and it was dark gray dirty - floor, walls, shower doors. Tried to iron clothes, the iron plate was missing the top piece and the water spilled out the top. Tried to wipe the water off the floor with an extra towel and it came up with black because the floor was so dirty. Thankfully we travel with cleaning products in the car, so I spent an hour scrubbing down the bathroom & refrigerator, and disinfecting every surface. Showered and turned down the bed to go to sleep, and found stains on the linen and pillows. Thankfully we also travel with fabric disinfectant and pillow cases and a blanket. So slept in my clothes, wrapped in my blanket and put my pillow cases on the pillows. Then let us not forget the Groundskeeper who were mowing and trimming until almost 11 pm and back again by 6/7 am. Got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and roaches were crawling from cracks in the mold around the shower. The lock on the balcony sliding door was broken. so just a stick to stop the slide. So we put chairs in the way. The faucet didn't have handle. Microwave was dirty and rusted. refrigerator was dirty and rusted.Walls had stains. Alarm clock and phone was dirty and broken. The socket that the AC unit was plugged into was hanging out the wall. There was no kettle for the complimentary tea and coffee.

  : no one cared.Our room entry cards stopped working and were not fixed despite many complaints being not fixed.I showed the attendant at reception the mold on one of the bagel...it was old...no apologies from him, just a lame excuse that we don't make them they come from outside.
  : Nothing..The hotel was fully booked because of our community annual convention that has over 9500 participants , but we are not choosing this place again.
