  : Enjoyed the downtown area of Richmond. Good location. Breakfast was excellent and appreciated the hot meal items. Customer Service desk was responsive to give us a different room when AC was reported as not working.
  : The first room we were assigned didn't have working air conditioning. We were given a second room. The second room had a non-working TV and remote (that we did not report due to time constraints). I was disappointed we couldn't watch the Olympics at night. Thought the crumpled 8.5x11 printed "leave a tip for the Housekeeper/Room attendant" with QR code was distasteful, because it didn't look professional and fit into the appearance of the room. I received a secondary e-mail stating my stay would include a parking fee of $20, but when I questioned it at the check in desk, they said it was $25. Really? You should update your email just saying $25 for parking, which was detailed on my hotel bill at the end of stay. Finally, room we stayed in was next to elevators, so I heard the elevator "ding" ALL NIGHT LONG. Wondering if the electronic "ding" could be turned "off" during "sleeping hours"?
