  : I Drove all the way from Cincinnati for a funeral and when I arrived at this location the Front desk clerk looked like he didn't know what I was talking about when I I said I have a reservation. So he looked and looked in his computer. Then he said no you don't have a reservation I don't see you in our system. I explained I made a reservation online isn't this your location? As I showed him my reservation confirmation message. Then he told me. We are all sold out. We gave you a refund! I didn't pay in advance for reasons like so. But why wouldn't you contact your customers and tell them your system over booked and couldn't get a room for 3 nights. Like initially said on confirmation. So needless to say every hotel had inflation on rates and I had a budget I was trying to stick to but now I have to go somewhere else with a price increase of 100$ because I didn't feel like driving any more that day. So I paid it.
