  : Staff was apologetic about the condition of room.
  : Water out of pool so no swimming for us. It was July, so not related to the season.We were given wrong room. Cramped, Non-smoking room had a clogged sink, no toilet paper only some towels, not fully cleaned, and reeked of cigarettes. Towel provided was too small for anyone but a child.The staff informed me they were down 7 staff so she was doing it all, tried to move us but the room were not suitable for kids she said, and gave me cleaners to attempt to unclog the sink. I said we would manage, and the next day I was talking to another staff who says they bought toilet paper out if their own pockets.The floor was so dirty the kids's feet were black as they refuses to wear their shoes inside.

  : The stay was horrible. The staff was rude. She was ameture one. We did not have toilet paper or even shower curtains. She refused and threatened us that she will call the cops and check out us if we bother her again. She should have been polite and understandable. I can understand it was a long weekend so the motel might be too busy but it is not the way she should address the guests. Later other staff was helpful and tried to address all the issues which we help. Shootout to the handyman, he was super helpful and polite but the lady at the front desk was very rude. Asking management to at least have and maintain good staff.

  : parking, I arrived around 3 P M My car was towed before 5 P M, I was parked 10 feet from room 101 no parking signs anywhere, they said their was faded red lines, another guest parked in the exact same place all night and was not towed, I feel I was set up by the desk clerk and the tow company, hell of a way to treat your guest.
