  : I like the location to the convention center, that was about it. The property is lackluster at best, not worth the money.
  : Facility: when we first arrived the elevator was out of service; we had to lug heavy suitcases up the stairs. Staff were mediocre at best; not very personable. Smell- the entire third floor reeked of marijuana. For being a “smoke free property” it sure seems as if it is. Rooms- My daughter got locked in the bathroom and couldn’t get out. My nephew had to use a quarter to unlock the door from the outside to let her out. The toilet was about to come off the base and the bathmat was black from god knows what… kind of scary if you ask me. Room was advertised as a refrigerator and microwave room; upon check in I was informed that it was not. Price- $450 for two nights is horrible. For the price I figure there would be more amenities ; the one time we stayed here before they offered breakfast; that was not the case this time. Location: is kind of sketchy; there was an individual that was outside screaming one of the nights that we were there. Checkout was contactless: there was no one to discuss the issues that I had. Overall: spend the extra money and book somewhere nice, this place is not worth the headache.
