: The kitchen and washing machine is useful for a more remote stay. Although a very long way to travel for any boat cruises. I dont recommend if doing more than two cruises given the distance to travel for Port Allen.
: The hotel charged me twice which was over $5k each time. They had told me they confirmed in their system it was all pre-paid and it was a holding deposit. This was later rectified but after I incurred significant international call costs and they told me I hadnt pre-paid. There was no proper apology or compensation, this was incredibly stressful and I would recommend all guests double checking with the hotel before paying anything. I will never recommend this place to anyone and also all pools being only 3ft deep is a joke.

: The location is beautiful, the pools are very nice, and the tub with the jets was appreciated.
: We were looking for a hotel, but these suites are better for a family who wants to shop, cook or barbecue their own food. The restaurant was only open for dinner and food was not great. The Starbucks had breakfast, but only two employees working!!!
