Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 20.06 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from Wed 08 Mar 2023 until Mon 01 May 2023
Guests with mobility issues are welcome to use our shuttle service for easier transportation between resort amenities.

Please note the resort does not have a lift.

Housekeeping is available for rentals after four nights.

Resort fee will be collected at time of booking. The resort fee includes:
- pool access
- internet

Please note that our Lagoon Pool Spa is closed due to repairs through April.

The restaurant is currently closed for renovations.

Our Sidewalk and Walkway Repair project is underway in our constant efforts to beautify the Resort. The scope of work includes cutting of concrete and excavation intermittently throughout the property. Work is limited to Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Heavy noise can be anticipated during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

A $50 check in fee will be due upon arrival and will be collected at the property.
