  : It was close by where we were.
  : Yes, there was no real covering over the window and all the parking lot lights were directed into the window. Also, the mattress springs were so hard and painful. It was impossible to sleep with those things going on.

  : The room was dirty, the lamp base was smeared as was the door handle the mirror, the sink was not clean, residues on the shower & glass in the shower. They gave us another room, it was dirtier than the first. Too late to change hotel. Slept & left.

  : The staff did good for what they could. The bed was comfortable.
  : The property did not have working cable, there is no microwave in the room and very dim lighting. The amenities for the price of the room was a joke.

  : The staff was friendly. They had coffee and tea available along with water. There was a lot of seating area in the lobby. And it was in a great location with lots of restaurants around it.
  : When we entered the room, our chair had crumbs and dirt on it so we had to call the front desk to have them come clean it. The toilet was clogged so we had to have the front desk come up and plunge it out. The furniture was not really wiped down because we saw water residue from the previous guests on a nightstand. Last thing, the floor was so sticky it felt gross to walk on. The staff was super helpful and wanted to make our stay comfortable, but it seems like there’s a disconnection between housekeeping and the front desk. Housekeeping could have been a lot better.

  : I was double charged for the room and still have not recieved my full refund, the lady at the desk said she couldnt do it and i can not get ahold of the managaer. Very dissapointed and would appreciate if someone would contact me regarding this.

  : The breakfast was good. There was a staff member, an older blonde-haired lady working during breakfast, who was very pleasant and continued to clean, refill items and straighten up the dining area.
  : We have been fans of Hilton’s Tru hotels and looked forward to this stay. When we arrived and carried our suitcases to our room, we discovered it had not been cleaned. We were assigned another room on the same floor. The hallway had Qtips, paper and popcorn strewn around, plus full wastebaskets lined the hall. We had no waste basket in our room, no little coffee pot, but a dirty coffee cup was left in the bathroom. Our blackout curtain was broken so couldn’t be used. Our soap dispensers needed filling. We also noticed a trash can at the entrance to the front door was overflowing.

  : This location boosts about pancakes for breakfast, The pancake machine was not working.
  : It took us over 45 minutes to get a room, another 45 minutes and 3 different room trys to finally get a room.
