Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for US$15 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Founder's Brook Motel and Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note guests may check in from 15:00 to 20:00. Guests requiring a late check in must contact the property beforehand (by telephone only) to inform of arrival time.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
