: I actually did not like anything about my stay !! My trip to your hotel was Not for pleasure. I was going through very hard, trying times in life. I was looking forward to staying at Holiday Inn for the evening, BUT IT WAS NOT Relaxing or Comfortable .....
: The rooms were not clean to my liking at all !! To operate the TV I had to read an 8"x10" laminated instruction sheet. I experienced my 1st black light inspection. Oh My ______ !!!!! I was speechless for what I witnessed on the sheets & the comforter / blanket !!!! The A/C unit COMPLETLY STOPPED SEVERAL TIMES during the evening with an "E9" error code. When taking a shower, the water flooded the bathroom tile floor. The shower curtain rod was so jacked up that the shower curtain was 2 foot away from the wall on each side. Thank goodness a fire didn't ignite !! The sprinklers in the ceiling were rusty and covered with drywall mud !! There's NO WAY POSSIBLE they would have extinguished a fire !!!! A pen, paper, or a convenient outlet to plug electronics into would have been quite pleasant. Needing to use the room telephone ..... don't look on the desk because it is not there !! Is there a different reason for a desk to be in the room ?? Absolutely Horrible Experience !!!!! So where to from here ?? Alright, the swimming pool, sounds refreshing. WHAT SWIMMING POOL !?!?!?! Holiday Inn DID NOT keep their facilities up to State Code. The State of FLORIDA CLOSED & PADLOCKED HOLIDAY INN'S POOL per Florida State Statutes. That's what is posted on the pool gates. Potential Guests should be made aware of this AT THE TIME OF POTENTIAL BOOKING !!! Truth, FL's temperature is near 100 degrees. SERIOUSLY ???? I, honestly, can keep ranting but I'll stop here. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM WITH HOLIDAY INN ..... YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID !!!
