  : Location was great, staff were very friendly and accommodating.Valet was quick!Firepit on porch was perfection!My husband was ill the last 24 hrs and my daughters and I still wanted to shop. The hotel said no problem to late check out (2pm) so we didn’t have to drag sick hubby! So nice but staff knocked on his door the whole few hours wondering why he was in there as he was trying to sleep and was sick!
  : Called us 1 hr before we arrive to say they over booked, we worked it out easily (gave us another room for free)Restaurant on top of hotel- so bad. Apps were good, meal was horrific. They forgot to bring out a few things (including my husbands dinner) so he ate mine and I didn’t eat- but was plenty full from apps. Wanted a latte and she had to go downstairs to make it. Should have taken out meal order first but we had to wait at least 20-30 min. No room service for food. Daughters room had someone’s old hair tie on floor.

  : we enjoyed the fire pit, and that we were facing the ocean.the bed was comfortable.we also enjoyed that we were able to access the hotel from a side door instead of having to walk around to the main entrance
  : The seating out by the fire pit were worn out with burns and stains maybe needing to be replacedThe showerhead had very low pressure and was clogged with calcium build up which made ti very difficult to take a shower properly.The lighting in the bathroom was going outI would say they need to do a full maintenance on each room at least once every 3-6 months to make sure everything works properly.
