  : When we got into room no tv remote, no glasses to drink out of . no tv because they had lost the contact with the online. I have trouble walking and doing stairs no room on main floor so had to go up very steep stairs. Since the online wasn't working so they asked we come back later fo finalize bill. My husband went down and they still had no connection. We finally went to bed without closing out bill.

  : Room was clean and the staff was awesome. I was surprised at the size of the tub and how amazing the staff was. Check in was easy and fast. Great size TV, cable, and fridge.
  : I was a bit turned off by the broken lamp shade and the dated furniture. Wish the plug for the rub actually closed but tub size made up for it.

  : I don't know if this hotel even exists. I needed room information and had a difficult time getting the local phone number for the Oyo hotel. Twice I left voicemail, the last time to cancel due to car issues. They do not answer their phone or reply.
