  : No heat in the cabin and they never fixed if it was 4 degrees oyt side one day the 12 pots pans need to be up dated fire place broke up stairs and down coach wiped In. To spots kitchen chair broke blind broke and one window didn't have one fuse ball table broke

  : Cabin was spacious and very nice. The layout was very accomodating.
  : The cabin was very nice, however there was no broom or vacuum available to help with day to day cleanup.The housekeeping needs to be addressed, under furniture and beds were filthy. Heavy dust and dirt accumulation.Mattress did not provide adequate support, but they sufficed.

  : The location was excellent & close to local attractions. Very tastefully decor
  : The hotub lights weren’t functioning & there was a wasp nest in the housing for the hot tub on the back deck. Therefore we couldn’t fully enjoy it or risk being stung.

  : The porch and swing were great and my kids loved the huge TV and pool table!
  : The main floor bathroom has a leak. It leaks into the basement bathroom. There was water droplets from the ceiling and a constant puddle on the floor. The cleanliness was less than desireable. The trashcan is gross and smells. I observed multiple spiderwebs on light fixtures, corners, etc. There was also a substantial amount of dust on the decorations in the kitchen and on the baseboards. They looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while! The hottub needs to be cleaned as well. When we opened the cover there was a film on the water and lots of floaters. Lastly we had no broom or vacuum to sweep up crumbs.
