: Staff were not available. You could never find anyone. No towels or washcloths. Was told not enough for all rooms to have. So had to go to walmart and buy some towels and washcloths. If they had not already taken my money and would not return it I would not have stayed there. I made the best I could of it cause this wS a trip for the smaller grandkids to swim in pool and it was very disappointing

: The location was easy to get into and outThey had a splash pad for kids and indoor and outdoor pool
: We got multiple rooms one room had black mold all over the ceiling and floor panels. We had 1 towel between 3 rooms. When we went to get towels and rags for our 14 people we were told they were in the dryer. This happened for 2 days of our stay. Then finally after the 3rd day we got 2 rags and 2 towels. The front desk lady was very rude and rolled her eyes because we asked for towels. I had to go buy towels and rags so the kids could bath!!! The trip was great but this hotel was awful. I stayed here 2 years ago and didn’t get this experience. It went down hill!! Never again will I stay here.

: I can't say I liked anything about this place at all.
: The lady who checked me in was so rude and very unprofessional. No towels in room. No blanket on beds ( very very thin sheet only ask for towels and she was rude gave me 2 there was 2 of us. Ask for 2 blankets was told they only had 1.. the pool was green and leaves and stuff in there. Said they had breakfast ( but never seen anything at all) floors was so dirty. My white socks turned black after 10 mins in there. Will never stay there again. Not worth the money every person that spoke to us was not happy with this Facility as well. They had no towels. And dirty rooms.

: The property didn’t have breakfast
: The property was full of bed bugs in every room I have pictures and video my family got but up and I still haven’t recieved my security deposit to my card I checked out a day early. The staff isn’t friendly the manager don’t care if you get ate alive by bugs garbage was everywhere in pools and hallways the place was disgusting they didn’t have towels for guest or housekeeping.
