After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. Smoking of any kind is strongly prohibited. This location is prone to noise from the neighboring nightclub. The pool opens daily at 7 am and closes at midnight. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phenix Ordinance Section 10 195(c). The City of Phenix short term registration for this property is 2020 0765. The pool at this building is out of order until further notice due to a leak, unfortunately. The building management team is working diligently to source a contractor to repair and leak and get the pool up and running. Vacation Rental License No, Arizona TPT 21272237. Paid parking is 15 USD per night and is non refundable and valid from check in to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities.
