Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a nonsmoking property. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in living spaces, on balconies and patios, or in common areas. Please note, the pool heater is turned off for the summer. All building amenities are open with additional safety measures in place. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phenix short-term registration for this property is 2020-0728. Vacation Rental License No Arizona TPT: 21272237. Paid parking 15 USD a night is non refundable and valid from check in to check out.
