  : Codes were all that was required. Unfortunately front gate code didn’t work. Luckily someone else staying there gave us a code that worked.

  : I believe that I already reviewed this property but perhaps it was for Vacasa, directly. There was much to like about this vacation home but perhaps we didn’t use it as it was intended. We (two people) stayed 3 days whereas it was probably intended more for long stays and families. The house was nice, the location ok, extremely clean, etc. Wouldn’t mid living there.
  : There were quite a few problams. Arrival was difficult because it was after dark, couldn’t locate the unlit house number until a neighbor helped. There was no parking available because appropriate spaces in the street were taken. The entry code for the door didn’t work because we didn’t know how to use the code. After a new code, same problem and calling the “host number” she didn’t know much about the lock but we figured it out. (After punching in the numbers, you push the check mark which means enter). Stupid us. There are 9 steps up to the entrance door and the top one is much higher than the others which caused one of us to stumble…code violation, I’m sure. I think that thee are significant issues of handicapped concerns. The steep stairs, a huge great shower with glass walls but no safety bar, The entry gate code didn’’t work so we followed other cars into the gated community. The TV is hopeless…never figured it out…couldn’t get local news, CNN, Fox, MSNBC, etc. The only key to the house was a loose key in a bowl with other keys, all of them on fobs. But useful for nothing. Weird. The main toilet stuck and continued to run until we turned it off at the wall. I should mention that we are in our 80s and these kinds of complications are doubly problematic. It was awkward having to call Portland when we had questions or issues. They really know nothing about the property. I’m unaware of any local “host” to help with issues. It would have been great to have a note from the Host/Owners on the dining room table with the keys with advice or other helpful information.In conclusion, this is not a review that I think you should list. There were many nice things about the house but the review is intended to be constructive for the owners and/or agents. There are things that should be addressed, especially the safety and handicapped issues.
