  : Breathtaking view! Beautiful condo. Great Beach!
  : It was a bit pricey also considering all the resort amenities (like the water inflatables, bikes, indoor pool, etc. all were an extra fee per activity or one large lump sum). The location is kind of far from the city, but that was due to the main bridge being down due to a storm. Normally it wouldn’t take 45 min to an hour just to get to Pensacola.

  : The location was amazing.
  : In the actual condo alit was broken, no hot water had to go to a friends to shower, and it had roaches in the bathroom and second bedroom.

  : Close to the beach, views & pools very nice. Staff extremely nice but seem short handed. Easy parking.
  : Expensive food/drink on premises. Expensive extra curricular activities. Pretty busy, no a lot of people wore masks inside or on elevator.

  : The location and the view was very nice! It was so comfortable! I asked for a nice view of the water and they delivered!!
  : The balcony doors didn’t lock but we were high up so it wasn’t a big issue. The dishes were dirty.

  : Everything was good on the Property. I needed sheets for one of the beds. I called the front desk. I left a voicemail. Later I went to the front desk told the lady at the desk that I had called and left a message. And I had not heard anything,because it had been a few hours. She look at me and said ok and was what looked like she was writing down what I needed and my room number. But I never received the sheets or a phone call!

  : The location was great, the view was great, and the pool was great. Basically anything outside of our room was good. I would recommend this resort to people in a heartbeat but insist they book directly through portofino to save you the trouble and disgustingness my family had to endure!!
  : The room was filthy dirty, front desk was unable to fix anything since they did not own the unit, the beds had sand in them, dishes were put away dirty, all the towels in the unit were still dirty and left on top of the washer and dryer for us to clean ourselves, someone’s old fake eyelashes were stuck to the lamps, and worst of all the shower curtain was so dirty and covered in mold I had to unstick it from itself to open it up! The front desk was disgusted with my photos and said that they wished they could have helped us out. I would not recommend this room to anyone, you have to wonder (especially in covid times) if they even sanitized the room given the filthy state it was in upon arrival !! We were very disappointed and felt we spent too much money on this dirty room!

  : The view from balcony and the pools.
  : I have sent photos. There was feces splattered on the walls of 2 of the bathrooms in our unit, there was hair and sticky stuff in bathroom drawers, the grill was so disgusting we could not use it, the unit air filter was disgusting and probably had never been changed. It took 2 days to get a new one! The ice maker did not work. I notified Hosteeva of these the night we arrived and the ONLY thing that was addressed was the air filter 2 days later. A manager finally contacted me 2 days after returning home to offer a $200 voucher! I paid over 3K for 4 nights and expect for that much money to have NO issues whatsoever!

  : Away from the touristy area, very relaxing and the views from our balcony & bedrooms were absolutely beautiful! All the water sports were great & a very good deal to buy the package. You can do so much & not give any thought to spending too much. Staff was very pleasant & accommodating. Sam’s is white & very soft.
  : Needs a little more information on how you sign up for the jet ski & other amenities, we had to call concierge a few times. In our unit the washer & dryer were very old especially the dryer. They worked fine just looked a little gross. Needed more silverware. We bought food to grill out, since the balconies all have grills, only to find out when we got there that you are not allowed to use grills. Didn’t say anything about that in description.

  : First I stayed in 1908 , right across the beach Great views nice sun rise very quiet
  : Again 1908 apartment , first we walked in was the view very nice , but sleeping 8? Not posible my family of 5 when to walk mart an purchase a aire mattress Why here1 is the spare mattress have black stains All over 2 the nice chairs in the picture also have stains , Rule number one on rental units please change sheets and don’t use colored ! Find hairs also is not good ideal !

  : Location was perfect, views were incredible. Great for viewing the blue angels air show on the beach.
  : Outside Entrance parking lot to Elevators was always dirty, the trash cans were always over flowing with trash the entire time we were there. Our condo was poorly equipped in kitchen. We planned on cooking and had very little utensils which made it more difficult to cook large meals. Things were broken such as a table roller, all the curtains were broken with strings dangling. The grill was filthy/ extremely grimy. We think grill has never been cleaned? Unfortunately, there was a lot of mold in bathrooms and not very sanitary with dead bugs in the master bathroom. Very little sitting accommodations in the living room and only a small table with two chairs on balcony in which one of those chairs was broken on the balcony. We really wanted to sit on the balcony so we ended up using our own beach chairs because the condo only provided limited uncomfortable broken outside table and chairs. Over all it's a nice size condo with beautiful views. However, looks like the cleaning crew is lacking, the furniture outdated and old. Maybe owners never go and see? Condo Definitely needs maintenance, deep cleaning and updated more comfortable furniture. Grill maybe need to be replaced. Looks dangerous!! Nice size - very dirty and uncomfortable furniture and kitchen needs new utensils, pots and pans.
