  : Th ease of getting to it and checking in was digital for the most part.
  : Only 1 elevator and there was a lonnnnng line after breakfast. Would have taken the stairs but my spouse injured his knee and couldn’t use the stairs.

  : A/C did not work properly and was extremely loud and hot No blanket or sheet for sofa bedBreakfast was horrible with no silverware clean, breakfast bar empty and took a very long time to get someone to assist and restock even though there were plenty of workers standing around up front at check in desk area. If you asked for an update on the stocking of breakfast bar at 8:13 am it was very apparent they were annoyed. While preparing my waffle with the last bit of mixture the handle on waffle griddle broke off burning my fingers I went to report so no one else was injured and my response was did you break it? Very unprofessional, non caring, lazyAt check out I had to ask for my own incident report to be taken. Will not be back!
