: I booked a suite eight and a half months in advance, I received a phone call two days prior to our stay that they dont have a room available for us. Coincidentally their restaurant canceled our dinner reservations due to a large party event that came up. Stay away from this place, we had to scramble and find a new place at the last minute. We were offered a bottle of cheap wine for our troubles. Disappointed is an understatement.

: Loved the personal service at breakfast. It made our trip very special. Ruth was very personable and so nice! We will return because of Ruth, although something might keep us from returning (See "What didn't you like" section below. We also loved how quiet it was and the view from our balcony was incredible.
: The mattress was extremely too hard!! It got to the point were the hardness would wake us up and made it hard to go back to sleep. Would recommend changing the mattresses to a medium firmness. Also the sleigh bed and floors were very creaky. We spend a lovely time enjoying the couples intimate moment above us because of how noisy the bed was. We may consider not returning because of these things.
