  : We felt safe, loved being able to be beachfront, have private access to the 6inch toddler/infant pool and the regular pools in addition to the beach. We loved having 1.5 baths. The view was 10/10! Staff were polite, security came right away when we had concerns about something (that experience will be shared below). Parking was a breeze. I truly felt safe at this location. We were away from the city chaos ~ by Sharkys etc. it was just a madhouse. We were close to a lot of great restaurants, stores and fun to do places. The Bikini Bobs had good food. Its super cheap! Ice is also super cheap there! There were chairs and umbrella rental included ~didnt know this until I overheard someone at the rental place telling them they stayed at the summit. Half through our trip we started utilizing this SO MAKE SURE TO USE THOSE! Its a daily rental.
  : The property itself is outdated, many agree that we talked to. Each condo is individually owned so updates are up to the owner. This particular unit was a 50/50. For the price and location, cant beat it. But some easy updates could be made. The mattresses look like my great grandmas and felt just like that. Toward the end of our trip our kids wanted to sleep on the pull out sofa which to my amazement had a 4ish inch memory foam mattress. Woulda been sleeping on that had we known! There are springs missing so we fell through the end of the mattress when we tried sitting on that end of the pull out sofa so beware.There wasnt a pizza cutter or ice cream scoop ~ minor details but simple ones. no salt but had pepper. The non stick pans were super used and really could be replaced with how scratchy some of them are.The electrical outlets sparked - yes SPARKED- when we plugged items in. This is why security came down asap. They stated they were fine, checked panels, etc and left. I made sure to know where the fire extinguisher was just in case of any emergency. Thats a huge red flag on safety. The dryer took SEVERAL tries to get our clothes dry. Ended up hang drying from the balcony most of the time. Washer worked fine!Shower was great! No complaints. A/C was working.Some linens were clearly not washed prior to us coming so Id recommend bringing your own laundry soap in abundance to wash them. Luckily I had brought a lot of laundry soap! I stripped the pull out sofa and our mattress down to the mattress pad to try to help the next guest have a better experience.The condominium itself has allegedly raised their HOA fees to pay for new elevators but just have no expectations for them and youll be fine. Dont ever be in a hurry and youll be fine! Dont wait until 9:30/10am or 3:30pm to use them and youll be fine.
