  : Construction scaffolding was right at our balcony And that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 garbage bag. So I had to buy some for thw week my family of 4 was there.

  : Just enough for the price if you just need to lay down for the night.
  : Communication with customer service was not the best. When I arrived, the gate code that was texted to me did not work. I called Vacasa and they said they would contact the local facility and call me back. Two and a half hours later, no call so I called back. There was a new operator so it was like starting over again. When I told her that I would like to cancel, she said I would lose my money. When I stated that there is no way I would pay for not being able to get through the gate, she told me that I don't have to get upset. She then goes on to say that she will try to figure it out and puts me on hold. When she came back she gave me a code that did not work.It just so happened that a person came up behind me and was kind enough to give me the code to get inside the gate. The office had already closed so I could not go speak to anyone there and so just went up to my room. The room was clean enough, but the living room furniture and rug was old and smelly like pee. Plastic shower curtains mildew at the bottom.

  : It was maintained poorly and the air conditioning didn’t work. It was so hot the floors were sweating. When I informed the staff they didn’t care and said we don’t own the property there’s nothing we can do. Don’t waste your money!
