  : condo 2004 is dirty, carpet nasty, floors gross. some ceiling lights out, need to be replaced. kitchen table leg is broken so it would fall over . dishwasher leaked.

  : Liked the beach access and facility, just not the room itself or Zia property management.
  : Customer service was unpleasant. We arrived and the access code to the parking garage was not working. We couldn’t reach anyone with Zia Property Management. Booking.com said we had to communicate via email for everything. We finally got a new code via email and were able to park. We left to eat and go to the grocery and when we came back, the parking garage was full and no one to assist us on the site or via Zia as they were not open until 8:30am. The floors and surfaces were dirty, the DVD player didn’t work, the toilet was running, there was no lamps in the bed rooms, no place for children to put their belongings, no sheets on the pull out bed, uncomfortable pillows and not enough pillows for pull out sofa even though it was advertised that way. I called Zia about my concerns about the parking and the lack of sheets and pillows. She was quite rude and told me that they couldn’t do anything about the parking even if we were to be towed due to no place to park. I asked for more pillows and to repair the running toilet and no one ever came.

  : To many different stories. I booked through booking. com. I wasn't suppose to have to pay til I got there. But then I was told I had to pay right then. Was suppose to have a Welcome packet never got it. Bed was hard as a rock. House was not clean. I had to clean it when I got there
