  : The comforters and shower curtains had stains on them and the cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. were minimal for a 4-day stay.

  : The location is amazing. Just a block from the beach, and the free tram can take you the rest of the way if you so choose. You also have access to pools around the complex. Since it's located near a little shopping center, there's several restaurants and shops you can easily walk to as well. The rental unit itself was very comfortable (comfy beds & couch).
  : Trying to find our specific rental unit was at first very difficult. The address they provide doesn't take into account the different building letters (A, B, C, etc.) I wish the Vacasa app gave better details on how to get to the specific unit.There were also some minor cleanliness issues in the unit. When we arrived, the place was a little dusty, and the dishwasher had not been properly run prior to our stay (some of the cups were visibly dirty).The rental company staff also gave me conflicting information when I called them with basic questions. For instance, one question I asked was about the tram schedule. They told me it ran every half hour, but then the tram operators later told me you have to call for a pick up. This miscommunication issue happened a couple times, and it seemed to be an overall trend for the company. They either didn't know the answer, or gave me wrong info.
