  : Nothing, it looks like it is about to fall down and there’s water all over the outdoor floors
  : Everything; the staff was rude, the housekeeping never came to our room, they made us change our own sheets and never provided us with towels resulting in us purchasing our own

  : The only thing I liked about the property was the location that it was close to the beach within 2 min walking distance of the beach and that the pond in the back had turtles but it was also trash everywhere in that pond and around it.
  : So to start off the pictures are false the rooms look nothing like the pictures i genuinely think that they stole someone else’s photos the first room they had us in was 224 and when i walked in the amount of disgust on my face was immaculate because it looked trashy VERY DIRTY AND NASTY there were roaches on the bed and the bathroom there was black stuff on the mattress which frightened me and there were ants everywhere on top of the room looking like complete trash the door DIDNT LOCK we shut it several times trying to try to get it to lock and it never did so we went down to the front desk and told them the issues that we were having and one lady said that was a lot of issues and that I should have taken pictures but I just wanted to get out of there they laughed and talked amongst each other as they spoke another language so I originally asked for a refund but she informed me that it would take 7-8 days for a refund so I asked for a cleaner different room so she laughed and proceeded to take me to room 419 and let me check the room before I agreed to this room which was nice I walked in the room seemed cleaner I saw no roaches the beds were good the door locked it seemed fine so I took that room BUT the new room still looked nothing like the pictures on their website but I just wanted to enjoy my week regardless of the room but then it came to showering we had no towels , wash cloths , hand soap nothing so I go downstairs to ask and the lady is on her phone so I politely ask for some towels and she doesn’t even look at me when she says “the towels haven’t been delivered yet she will put them in our room when they do” she said they would be delivered later that day so we went out and came back later in the evening and still no towels or anything so I walk back down because people get busy and forget and the same lady is on her phone and the towels are stacked on the counter beside her behind the desk so I ask for some and she rolls her eyes and then hands me...

  : Well for starters when we would ask for more towels didn’t get anymore, they acted like they didn’t want to talk much when we had to talk to them, expected us to pay more each night when we already paid, and lastly thought we get a room to see the beach of the mornings but it wasn’t like what it showed on the pictures

  : No linens, the staff was rude, no trash cans in the room, the tub slowly drained, some rooms were not cleaned upon checkin

  : All of it. Front desk was not very personable upon arrival. NO hospitality. Rude. No towels in my room. None available. Condensation build up was terrible and no towels for clean up- we had to buy some. Had to flush the toilet several times for it to go down. Shower curtain so short water went on the floor. TV kept going out and snowy. Booked the place for the breakfast..there was none (oatmeal). I'll gladly pay more elsewhere to be comfortable..you get what you pay for.
