  : Our balcony although there were dog prints all on the patio furniture from the previous renter I would assume since they made us take ours home. We had a decent view of the beach.
  : We picked this location for the pet friendly feature. We got there and got checked in and then a couple of hours later a security guard just walked in the room to inspect the dogs and informed us we had to leave or get rid of our dogs. There are several people living in this building with large breed dogs. Even after I informed them that my dog was an emotional support animal and provided my letter from the VA they still said we had to go. Now I asked the owner of our rental all of this beforehand and was told we would be fine. The inconvenience and stress this caused was beyond anything I can describe. They would not move us or refund our money either. The room was halfway clean long hairs on the counters in the kitchen and bathroom...chipped walls and tile...pee around the bottoms of the toilets. The little supplies they left in the room would not accommodate for 4 days and no way to get more from staff.

  : We arrived at check in time to the room door standing wide open and looking like cleaning was in progress. About 20 minutes later we realize no one is actually in the room cleaning. Made phone calls... Over 3 hours later we had a "clean" room. Our feet were filthy if we walked around this room without shoes. The curtains are broken in the living room,, the walls are crumbling in places, the master bedroom is as bright as morning sun all night long (due to elevator lights directly outside). The refrigerator barely cools and is on high. The second bathroom light switch randomly SHOCKS YOU when turning on/off the light! The elevator situation is a complete disaster, as is the parking at this facility. There are dead ends in the parking garage that you then have to back out of (and everyone behind you) if you didn't find a spot. The extra parking lot has huge 4ft concrete walls between every few spaces for some reason. There is **ONE** faucet/shower/hose for the entire 2-tower, massive, condominium to wash sand from feet, ect, when coming in from the beach!!!!!The "pet area" is a complete joke! There is barely any grass in the tiny space designated for taking your pet out. And on top of everything this rental was ridiculously expensive. Would NEVER stay here again.
