  : I waited 5 hours to get in my room. My check in was at 4 pm .I was sent the wrong room code 4 times. Every agent I talked to left me on hold for hours after I told them what I was going threw. I was using 3 different phones to try and get in contact. I was also texting you guys that day getting text messages from 4 different numbers.They still took hours to get in contact with a lady that lived in the building .I arrived at 4 pm didnt get in the room untill 8:30 . Once I got in the room the air conditioning unit had a code on it that we could not control and the room was hot . The maintenance man came the next day . That night the setting changed back and we were hot again for the rest of our trip. All the trash cans were full when we got there. We had an emergency and when the ambulance got there the elevators broke down .Leaving my friend in the hallway screaming in pain for 30 minutes on the 17 floor. I love panama and the location and room. Everything was just a really big inconvenience for me and my group. Communication was perfect up untill the day I got there . I thought that I was gonna have to find another place to stay. Im not from there so we were just sitting outside .

  : There was sand in the beds and coffee grounds still left in the coffee pot from im guessing the people before us. The lock on the queen size bedroom didnt work and the fan in the living room didnt work.
