: The location was perfect for us! The beds were comfortable.
: The kitchen did not have an adequate selection of utensil, pots, and plates/bowl (unchipped). I bought a large pot for cooking for our group. I will leave it there for future guests. The couch was stained. There was no way to see who is at the front door before opening. The slider on the right (closest to boardwalk) Is difficult to close.

: The location to the beach was perfect for us. We loved the short bike rides to different shopping and entertainment areas.
: We had parking issues with individuals that didn’t stay at Dolphin Watch taking our parking spots. There were water leaks in bedroom, living room and laundry. We were constantly having to wash and rotate towels to hold the water from crossing the rooms. I contacted Vacasa on both issues. They were very kind and understanding about getting issues resolved.

: LocationBike availability was nice but it took talking to several people to find out those bikes were included with our rental.
: We killed several roaches and there was a mouse. Lots of problems that were simple maintenance issues. Light bulbs not working. Clogged sink. Could be a great place if someone would just take care of it. There was also a towel bar that fell off the wall for no reason.

: The area is beautiful. Clean, beautiful beach. Nice location in relation to the beach and nearby towns. Nicely decorated. Plenty of towels.
: The floors were dirty on arrival. The kitchen is very small and not well stocked for cooking. Unable to fully open the oven due to lack of space. Cockroaches in the bathrooms.
