: This is not a hotel. It was a beautiful condo that was very nice and beautifully decorated.
: I did not like that it is run by a "so called" management company named Vacasa. They were difficult to contact and could not provide the information needed such as office location and such.

: The staff and security were constantly harassing us to pay for wristbands and parking passes. When in fact no other occupant was required to have either. My wife and I asked other travelers staying at the resort and they were not required to obtain wristbands or parking passes. Security even threatened to call the police if we did not purchase wristbands and parking passes.

: The location to the beach and restaurants was AWESOME. The room was decorated very nicely.
: Unfortunately, the master bedroom (only) has bed bugs. They chewed my husband up very badly and got me just in a few spots. After having the exterminator check out the room and tell us it was only in the master bedroom, we stayed, however, having 6 people sleep in the living room for a week on air mattresses was not our ideal situation of a good vacation.

: The actual condo was great for our beach vacation. It was so clean and comfy, and included amenities that are desirable while on a beach vacation (dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge). We loved having the condo right by one of the pools at the resort. The patio was comfy as well! Highly recommend this stay, we will be coming back!
: The resort requires you to purchase a car tag and a wristband for each guest. This is fine, however we found it was very difficult to find available resort personnel to purchase these. The water lines for our building went out one morning during our stay, and again, it was difficult to get ahold of someone at the resort to report when this issue would be resolved.
