  : The location was perfect. A little tricky to get luggage from the parking garage (need to take different elevators from the 3rd floor to go down to 1, then change elevators and go up to 2). The beds were comfortable and the size of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. The ice maker in the fridge was nice to have. The pools were nice and clean. There was also a few sand toys, a couple beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a cooler available to use (we didn’t use them, but it was nice to have if we would have needed to).
  : We never received the pool wrist bands the owner told me that they would drop off. The garage code we had didn’t work upon arrival. So we were stuck with traffic backing up behind us (awful situation). We got a new code from concierge desk thankfully. The kitchen isn’t very well stocked if you plan on cooking. The pots/pans need to be replaced. The floor needed to be swept as it had sand all over it (previously living in a small beach town myself, I understand sand happens - but it shouldn’t have been as bad). The queen bed in the 2nd bedroom was missing the comforter. The window in that room was also unlocked when we arrived. The patio door does not open from the living room. You need to enter the master bedroom to use the balcony. The balcony furniture is made of steel. Which means it will rust fast with the salt air. Possibly think of changing to aluminum/wicker patio furniture so it doesn’t look like you are going to break it when you sit down. For the amount spent on the unit, investing in a contract for beach chair rentals is something to look into. It’s an extra $35/day if renting them for a week.
