Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children are not allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Berbeda Place in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note:

- No pets are allowed on the property. There is USD 500 minimum deep cleaning fine/penalty and ejection without refund.
- 100% smoke-free Property. E-cigarettes not allowed. There is USD 500 minimum fine for smoking.
- All guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- All guests must register and show a valid government-issued proof of identity and credit card at the time of check-in. Cash and debit cards are not accepted at the property.
- Check-in after 3:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Early check-in is by request only and not guaranteed. A USD 50 early check-in fee applies. Check-out before 11:00 am. Late check-out penalty subject to an amount of 1 night’s room and tax.
