  : This home was so beautiful and comfortable. Everywhere you went there's a cool spot to chill and relax. The decor was airy and beautiful. The location is absolutely amazing. Right near the downtown area and restaurants, and 15 minutes from all the casinos. This place had a washer & dryer, plus all the dishes or amenities you need. Everything was clean and perfect. The property is very private. You can't see any neighbors, cars, or any other activity. We were so sad to go back home to the hustle and bustle.
  : Everything here was almost perfect except for a couple things: 1) the master bed was held up by a wood peg in the middle. It popped out and the bed sank on our first night sleeping on it. We kept trying to replace the peg but the bed just wouldn't stay. We ultimately ended up switching to the other room, thankfully it was just me and my husband. It was sad because the master room was more centered in the action of the place. 2) the pool is in need of replastering. It was very scratchy on my feet and on my knees or elbows when hanging out. the pool is small and made for lounging so I'd think it shouldn't be so scratchy on the bottom & sides. The private pool was the main reason we rented this place so it was a little disappointing.

  : Location is great. Not too far fro downtown. Private (small) pool and Jacuzzi are great. Loved listening to the waterfall. Had a small grass area with comfortable lounge chairs and sofa. Probably my favorite backyard area of all the units in this complex.
  : The reason we won't rent this unit again is that Turnkey, the agency that manages the property, charged us a $750 cleaning fee - that's not a misprint. I tried to find out if that was a mistake and "No" it isn't. "That is Turnkey's policy." This was in addition to hotel tax and city tax. Then they suggest you start a load of towels when you leave! For that kind of money, I would have cleaned the unit.Also, be prepared an bring your own coffee grounds, filters, and Kleenex. ( Even Motel 6 provides facial tissue!) Again, "that is a Turnkey policy". At least they provide toilet paper!! Only amenities provided were a small container of shampoo and conditioner and 2 small thin bars of soap.Compared to other units in the complex, managed by Private Villa Management, (we have stayed in 4 of their units) we did not get the amenities they provide such as daily housekeeping, fresh towels daily, and sheets changed every 2-3 days.Other little things that make a difference for a long stay. - lack of reading lamps. ( Lamps were quickly provided by the property manager.) Tile floors looked clean but the bottoms of our feet turned black when walking barefoot. Drain plug in master bath won't stay closed if you want to hand wash something. Pump soap dispenser in master bath didn't work and looked grungy. No ceiling fan in second bedroom. (It gets hot in PS!) No garage door opener provided. You had to get out of the car and enter a code to get in. This sounds picky but when it's dark, you can't even see the key pad.Tried to use the stereo which has speakers in the living room and master bedroom. We noticed some cables had been cut. Called the manger who contacted someone (Turnkey?). We were told that they were observing a city noise ordinance. However, we could find a music station on the TV.
