WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Delos Reyes Palm Springs in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The property will be going through renovation works starting 12 November, 2016 until further notice. During this period guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

There are no elevators or lifts at this property.

A valid photo ID and credit card must be presented upon check-in. The guest name must match the name on the credit card.
