  : Staff, poor treatment. We've stayed here for 5 previous years. We booked our 3-week stay back last JULY for this year. When we got there to check in we were told there was a change of ownership and they were not honoring any reservations made prior to the change of ownership! (Note: We had called two weeks prior to confirm, and were told there was NO problem with our reservation, despite the change.) We had no place to stay, as we traveled 1200 miles to get there, but they didn't care. In fact they kicked us out when we started to get (rightfully) mad! We've never been treated so badly. Stay away! This could happen to you. (Note: Booking found us another room for the 3 weeks. Had to pay ALOT more...)

  : The Vue is well located, and the Manager and staff are likeable. The manager and staff are hands on and trying to make the facility a better place. The location allows you easy access to a number of nice areas. It was clear to me that the management was slowly but surely making improvements in rooms and facilities. The room we had seemed to be newly renovated and painted.
  : I believe a little additional help is needed to help clean and maintain the outside walkways and grounds. One additional person for a few weeks or month would make a big difference for the facility if used to primarily clean, rake, and maintain grounds and exterior. I also believe that it is very important to have the office area open later into the evening rather than close early.

  : I really liked the location and the lake view and the balcony was definitely a plus.
  : I didnt like there wasnt any breakfast served but other than that everything was wonderful!
