  : The home was spacious and views were great.
  : It was very dusty, many cobweb, and common things were dirty. The sheets and towels appeared cleaned but definitely the rest of the house could use a deep cleaning as furballs would appear on the floor and end tables had dust and decorations were covered with cobwebs and the ceiling fans had years of dust coated on them. The rugs all over the house, some unnecessary over carpets, needed a good cleaning too. One other thing, the home only has a 30 gallon water heater and with a long shower and some dishes, no one else can get a hot shower. It seems insufficient for a home that has so many beds. It was only a problem once when the 4 of us returned from the hot springs and wanted to shower off and we could only get the kids clean and had to wait for the water heater to fill and heat again. We called to report no hot water and the response was great but nothing could be done as it was just due to the size of the tank.

  : The view was great, downstairs bed was very comfortable. Easy to get to, location was perfect. Overall very quiet.
  : Owners of the condo had too much personal stuff laying around and in closets meant for us to use. The pantry had to be cleaned up and organized to be able to store groceries. Way too many throw rugs(old ones) laying on the carpet. Kitchen way to small for that size of condo. Could not open freezer all the way due to the fact it was too close to the wall. The ice machine worked poorly. One coffee cup had a chip on it yet was still in the cabinet? Sofa old and very uncomfortable. The property was not cleaned well, had to clean some stuff myself. Washer and dryer weren't in the condo, you had to go down 2 flights of stairs into the parking garage (which you could not use) to do laundry. The garage was very creepy and filthy not to mention the laundry room was dirty and smelled horrible!! I wouldn't do laundry at night, did not feel safe. The upstairs master bedroom sink did not drain for 3 days, so we had to stay downstairs! Windows are old, very difficult to open! Door from living room would not stay open. Bath towels were great but just a couple of very rough wash clothes to use. No kitchen towels or wash clothes.
