: Fairly clean, decent location, quiet. Well lighted parking lot. Room was large enough.
: Tub looked like they washed animals in it. Soap dispensers on wall were empty and didn't work well. Took forever to get checked in, printed multiple papers all with a big black mark down the side. I got the same black mark on my exiting receipt. We booked on-line and were in town that same day when they called and wanted me to give them a credit card number over the phone saying they were from the hotel. If I didn't give them my number they were going to cancel our reservation. After several minutes of me not understanding them and then refusing to give a credit card number over the phone they understood we were in Kansas City and would be checking in later that evening, We arrived that evening and the place was pretty empty so they were willing to cancel us because somehow the card number didn't come through? We weren't looking for a big breakfast which was a good thing - this one was one of the worst I have seen. Didn't even have a microwave to heat up muffins so I used the bagel toaster. When I checked us out I returned the cards as they requested and asked for a receipt which they said I didn't need but my bookkeeper wants so they printed a really hard to read one on their obviously worn out printer with a giant black stripe down the side.

: It was in a good location and had an outdoor pool.
: The pool was closed. The power was out all night during a storm. The room was muggy and had to take a cold shower in the dark. There was also a limited breakfast due to the outage. Not the hotels fault, but it was not a great experience for paying $---.
