Disappointing

  : I wasn't aware of the extra fee deposit and the $18 plus taxes for parking fee that put them in my pocket that I was intending on using and spending for this day for food and things at the park so kind of felt like it was cutting my trip short also I had problems with the room order smell of eggs and sewer, Tell me it was the reason because we haven't used for 2 days ask me to run the water I have problems with plumbing in the tub first time you get in the shower The tub stopped up maintenance man came in fixing immediately but he were in the water and smell never left the room I had to spray and play clean the room myself! Breakfast was the worst like who was in prison we had runny eggs I had chopped up ham chopped up sausage is awful taste! The staff was lovely hotels overcrowded everything you have to do in hotel you had to wait a long line elevators were still very slow and hot inside them That's why it way old too much to get this kind treatment I felt like I was at a motel 8 I was dissatisfied.
  : I was ready to go home when I realized they charged $18 per night and taxes for parking at their own facility that was awful to hear and the 200 deposit that I expect to feed my children and have fun never returned with the fees and taxes and such what a disappointment,

  : Wonderful Buffet and choices that are available for all is excellent. The lay out of the buffet and seating area had lots of seating. It was very clean and the staff was very attentive and kept refilling the buffet.
  : Everything was lovely.. more lighting to the isolated parking areas will be good and signage more visible to direct additional parking and and check-in
