  : Great condo!
  : Even though this property was advertised as free parking. We paid 150.00 for 4 days to park our 3 cars. We rented a 3 bedroom condo. There were so many empty spots in the garage.

Disappointing

  : It's a beautiful location, the hot tub was working. The grill on the balcony was helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed.
  : We were aware when we booked that there was construction going on and some amenities would not be available. However, there was no mention of being awakened at 8 a.m. to the sounds of power tools so loud it sounded like they were working next to your bed. This happened two of the days we stayed here and lasted for several hours. This was not the peaceful sound of the ocean we had planned for and in fact was miserable. The unit itself is in need of a coat of paint, the walls are marked up throughout the main living area. The unit was not very clean, hair was in the corners of the bathrooms, the carpet in the master king room has something sticky on it and when you walk across it with your bare feet your feet stick. The comforter in the king room also had the same red sticky substance on it. The sheets were stained with something red as well. The sofa sleeper should have been tossed months ago if not a year ago. It is so worn out when you sit on it you sink in till you need help getting up. My daughter sat down on it and literally slid into the floor. I think the mattress in it if there is one, is probably laying on the floor. The couch facing the balcony is also hard to sit in because the cushions/ springs are worn out. The couch facing the kitchen is in a little better shape. We would not rebook here. My mother was staying in the Phoenix II and her unit was clean and very well maintained. She said she had always wanted to stay in Turquoise Place but couldn't afford it, after seeing our unit she was happy she had not spent the money. Also the jacuzzi tub in the master would start up on its own for some reason.

  : Location. Building and room was amazing.
  : Customer service was not organized bad communication with each other. Had masterbathroom the hot tub jets not working. They knew what the problem was before they looked at it. But had no idea what was wrong with it. Next day they forgot about it. Never got fixed when I was there.

  : the balcony jacuzzi was not in service, at the time of booking there was no notice indicating that this service was not available. When we called they said that due to the construction in the building the jacuzzis were not in operation, but no one gave us a clear warning before check in, we only received a voice mail in which absolutely nothing was understood, who was calling or why. in conclusion we paid for a service that was not available
