  : Deceiving! Photos of what I booked was not the room I got. Wanted a balcony and got a corner room with a side balcony with 2 crappy chairs on it. Called property and was told photos are just options they have, not actual room you get. Floors of room turned our feet black, so it was not clean, and one of the bathrooms had dried urine on the toilet. Was everything really cleaned before we got there? Called, and someone did come up a few hours later and cleaned the toilet. I was also charged an additional cleaning fee for adding an extra day to our stay and couldn't get anyone to give me a reason why. Was told they could only tell me totals. We were there for a wedding. Our large family stayed at a house on the beach that was a 4 minute walk from us, managed by the same company. The house was without hot water for 2 days. Had to call MULTIPLE times and were never given an estimated time of repair. The power outlet to the tankless water heater had gone out, and the repair man was not an electrician and couldn't fix it. None of the outdoor outlets worked. The technician said he couldn't call out an electrician. The solution was to run an extension cord thru the kitchen window and plug it into an outlet in the kitchen so we would have limited hot water for the remainder of the stay. Probably not to code and definitely a fire hazard. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating and inconvenient experience with both places.
