  : Access to the beach.
  : The “condo” was not spacious. The coffee maker didn’t work. The bed was old and uncomfortable. We were right above a pool and the lights and noise kept us awake until way after curfew.

  : The location of this place is amazing. Access to the beach was perfect. It was very convenient to Gulf Shores and OB. The room was TINY....but we had 3 people in a studio(My husband, myself and our 9yr old son.) It was an older condo. It could definitely use some maintenance on the trim throughout the studio (it just needs some caulk and new paint. It was clean, but didn't look sparkling perfect like a new hotel room or anything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone on a budget. I would love to go back and stay in one of the larger rooms in this condo. The pools and the snack bar were awesome. Seriously, a great place to stay. Just don't expect the sparkling new condo feel! Some friends of ours stayed a half mile down the beach in one of the HUGE condo's, and truthfully, I would choose this place over theirs any day!
  : Needs new caulk and paint around the bathroom floor. It was just old and looked dirty. I know it was clean, as they had just finished it when we arrived. The closet by the balcony was pretty much inaccessible for hanging our clothes up. We needed more towels and wash rags.

  : it was dirty, the room was extremely hot, vending machines had no water. only window units that wouldn’t cool the room at all!!!!

  : mold in room, my friend had ti stay in another room because it made her sick . Black mold is serious and needs to be addressed

  : The room was clean. It was convenient to beach access. It was quiet except for some construction going on during the day.
  : The only contacts st the property is the guard at the security shack. There is no office. The elevator broke down soon as we got there trying to move in our stuff. The hallways had a horrible musty smell. There is a pipe of some kind overhead that any adult could reach running throughout the building that is not very attractive The AC unit did not get cold enough for our comfort level. We couldn't figure out how to work the shower. We called all the numbers listed on our itinerary and no one ever picked up the phone. Basically once you are there, you are on your own if you need assistance.
