  : What Breakfast!?!?
  : The fact that there are roaches all over the kitchen. At least when we reported this problem. We should have been moved to a roach free condo. We couldn’t even sit food down for a second without them getting into our food. We weren’t supplied with enough trash bags which made it difficult for us to trash things.

  : Andi, with Vacasa worked really hard to make our stay enjoyable. She is a great asset to the property. I don't know what we would have done without her help and commitment to making everything right. That lady deserves to be rewarded for her efforts.111111q11
  : None of the codes provided to us worked, we were 2hours just trying to gain access to the property and the condo we rented. None of the amenity codes were correct either,

  : It was clean.
  : I was very irritated that I had to pay for a parking pass ($46.00 plus taxes...$51.89) fir one of our cars to park in one of the two spaces that was provided to us!!! I was under the impression that the beach was in front of apartment, or it looked like that from the photos, however it was a ten minute drive to get to the public beach. We were not given the code to the indoor pool until it was requested from the representative; who proceeded to give the incorrect code!!!! We happen to see another guest in the pool and was nice enough to provide with the code!! The outlet for the electric grill on the balcony was dead!!! We were told a maintenance person was being contacted and would come and fix it!!! No one ever came therefore we were unable to use the grill. Had someone showed up to repair outlet we were going to also ask if they might oil the sliding door to the balcony that was extremely difficult to open or close!!!There was no broom and the vacuum cleaner was in pieces!!!As much as I was reminded that NO PETS were allowed we were constantly seeing dogs!!! On the elevator, off the elevator, coming and going most were on leases but not all!Feel free to use my name: Kelly Tipler 2502, because I surely will be deterring my friends and family from renting anything at Perdido Grande!!!!

  : There was no breakfast, location was not as expected from pictures viewed online.
  : The place was dirty! Old food on the floor in living room. Chewed up straw on coffee table. A fingernail in bedroom( which I left) blood on bed, tub in master was duct tapped. The over is filthy and tried to make pizza and set off alarm. Soap from previous guest still in shower. Tubs and showers slimy.. not happy at all with the cleanliness of this condo and took pics if you’d like to see. Did not like having to come in on vacation to clean.

  : first is we had to carry our bags 5 flights of stairs because power was out the elevator was the middle of the next day before we were able to use it. No icemaker or water in front door of fridge kinda sucked after hauling our luggage for a week up 5 flights.Duct tape on jacuzzi tub. No mixer for drinks. I did fix the dryer for them because we had to have close clean and dry.

  : Condo was very nice and cozy. Plenty of space and nice location.
  : Dryer did not work very good. Water was shut off without warning. Could never get in touch with property management
