  : Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was convenient, accessable and on first floor as requested.
  : Floor was very dirty. Asked to have it scrubbed and moped which was done during the day when we were not there. Trash cans were not emptied daily. We had to ask to have them emptied. After 3 days into our stay towels were exchanged.for clean ones. Light on wall did not turn on at entrance. We had to walk across a dark room at night to turn on the lights at the bed.

  : The bathroom door did not close all the way, The bathroom sink faucet was loose. there was no lightbulb in the lamp. was too noisy to get a good night sleep. There were homeless people running up and down the stairs all night yelling and screaming at each other.

  : The location was okay for our weekend event.
  : The motel was obviously a rental property for DSS residents. It was FULL of what looked like previously homeless people. My sister and I were very uncomfortable each time that we walked to our car. We would have left the moment we checked in if the rest of the area still had any vacancies. I have used Booking.com many time before without any complaints but I would recommend that you remove this facility from your choices. It should not be considered a traveler’s accommodation!

  : The owners are very nice. The best positive thing about this place is I didn’t see any bed bugs… however, I regret looking at the mattresses. They were so nasty, covered in stains and holes. Only one electrical outlet worked and it was rigged up.
  : The images online of the facility are very accurate… however… they do not show you the whole motel. I’ve learned since our stay that this is the towns homeless shelter and drug ring. However, inside the office there are 4 or 6 rooms for paying guests, but the door was not locked at night and people came in & out all hours of the night, screaming & banging on the walls.

  : The staff was really nice and helpful any time I asked for help. I could have asked for more help about what I didn't like but didn't want to bother since I was only sleeping there. I was grateful to have a microwave in the room.
  : The room smelled like smokers had been in it and I don't smoke. The floor was pretty sticky and I got some Clorox wipes to clean it myself. The bathroom also wasn't super clean but not too bad. I wiped everything down with Clorox wipes before using it. All of the bedding didn't look or smell fresh, one of the pillow cases had spots on it.There were a lot of shady looking people sitting on stairs or standing around that made me feel a little uncomfortable. I wasn't sure if these people were homeless or if the inn was providing long-term accommodations for them. I'm grateful for the inn supporting them if that's the case but I do question safety in staying there.

  : Hotel staff smoked in lobby, so room smelled like an ashtray, I had an asthma attack and checked out early (to find a non-smoking hotel) and they will not refund the additional days I didn't stay. Only one light I'm the room worked, tv didn't work, floor was sticky and the mattress tag was from 2001. Hotel is used for DSS and has a lot of long term residents placed by the government, got panhandle every time I went in or out of the door.
