  : Horrible experience from start to finish.
  : No towels, shampoo/conditioner, or hand soap was provided. Was told the dryers are broken. Bugs in the room, waited two hours for pizza that was never made due to “running out of cheese.” A box of dough was given to us. Over charged in the beginning. Person’s belongings left in the room from the stay before us, very unsanitary and dirty. Over crowded… the list goes on and on!

  : My two largest complaints are:1. The condition of the pull out mattress in our room. There are stains on the mattress as well as cigarette burns! I had intended my 12 yo to sleep on this and by no means was I comfortable with allowing her to do so. The room also had a foul odor when arriving. I opened a window to let the smell disappear but it honestly smelled as though someone used the room to use the bathroom moments before we arrived.2. The waterpark being calm water on Friday till 4. I understand labor shortages and the need to modify plans due to this. However, never once was I made aware. Perhaps your website says hours may vary, but you update your website with activities regularly you can also update this, because I was checking to make sure there was not a change. At a minimum at check in the women working the desk should have absolutely told us the modified hours. Checking in with a 12 and 13 year old clearly they were not here for a calm pool.A few other ares. Again I understand labor shortage, but simply changing a few processes would enhance a guests stay immensely. We attempted multiple times to order pizza, it would continue to ring then kick back to the front desk where they would ask me where to be transfered and I'd tell them. Not until I asked did they tell me I should come down to order. A little forethought the 2nd time I called they could have told me about coming down or better yet tell me I can order online, which I only learned when I was waiting inline to order. Or the FD agent could take my information and when they were able the pizza place could call me back .The cleanliness of the hot tub was also an area of concern, there is thick areas of grim that should be cleaned.
