  : Location! Location! Location! Great location in proximity to beach/harbor/pier and ideal beach access. Unit is equipped with basic necessities and spacious enough for our family of 5.
  : Unit is surely in need of some cosmetic upgrades, specifically the master shower tile, unit carpet areas, and general overall paint. Nonetheless the unit functional as is. One major negative thing about our stay is that there is construction throughout the front of this unit (main property) and literally right up to the steps of the unit. They are digging and paving a new pathway through the main property. I'm sure it will be nice when it's completed but rather an inconvenience for those of us currently on vacation and having to listen to jackhammers, bobcats and such. We had no prior warning that this was going on during our stay. The construction workers even worked on Saturday!
