  : The location to the beach was very convenient. The little bacony was nice. I cannot say anything else nice about this location
  : It could have been cleaned better smelled like animals and the bathroom smelled like urine. The sheets were stained.Kids were scared to swim in pool because of the adults getting rowdy and very loud. This hotle is not for families.

  : The floors were so dirty my feet turned black within 10 minutes of being in the hotel room. Upon walking in the room smells like mold and mildew. Everything in the room feels damp, the sheets in the bed had black curly hair in them. There were brown stains in the bathroom on the walls, under the sink had leaking water stains on the walls and tile. If that isn’t bad enough, we return to our hotel room after dinner and I get my son laying in bed and go to stand up and there’s a cockroach running across the floor. I immediately go into panic mode and start looking around, there were 2 more in the bath tub. I grabbed my son and walked to the front desk to tell the staff and requested a refund. The staff at the front desk agreed to refund me and I went to get my belongings out of the room. When I returned to give her the keys, she asked me for photos and videos of the cockroaches which I did not have considering I’m a single mother and was worrying about my son being around cockroaches and got out of the room as quickly as possible. The receptionist argued with me and told me I was a liar, told me she was not refunding me and said to take it up with the manager because she’s not dealing with it. The manager then contacted me and also told me I was a liar, said the room was checked (by staff who aren’t going to say if there was or if there wasn’t cockroaches) and that none were found and the room was “untouched”- odd because we had been in it for 2 hours. The manager then banned me from returning to the hotel or booking another trip which I gladly accepted because I would never step foot in this hotel again. To add to all of this, my son had been coughing non stop since we walked into the hotel and continued throughout our vacation which resulted in an urgent care trip where we were advised not to return to that hotel due to the face he was exposed to mold and could potentially have an allergy to cockroaches and this was an allergic reaction.
