: Beautiful bay view. Pretty much quite. Elevator. Very close to boardwalk.
: Couldnt watch tv in either room. I didnt have access to any of the apps to watch anything and it said the cable wasnt active. Lucky I brought my laptop and could log into my own account to watch recorded shows.

: The no contact with landlord
: The landlord uses trickery. He knows people have been conditioned their whole life that check out is at 11:00 and he chooses to be tricky. He waits for each tenant to check out 1 minute late and he charges you an extra $95 for cleaning fee but in reality we could have checked out at 10 except the landlord requires you to clean the condo before you leave. $95 for what? Cleaning fee??? We had to do a checklist before we could leave. We had to fill the dish washer, we had to strip the beds and collect all the dirty towels, put everything in the washer and complete the check list. Landlord started calling 5 minutes after 10 with a bad attitude and ruined all the fun we had. He is a Debbie downer and we will not stay here again. He was mean and had a bad attitude. I was pleasant and kind but it didnt matter. He stated he goes through this all the time. Well maybe he should be more customer friendly and have check out at 11 like every place we have ever stayed. Maybe he should have honored our request for an early check in but he did not. Not a fan of the trickery, unaccomidating or bad attitude. Ocean City you gave us a great vacation. Thank you. Landlord-you tried to ruin our vacation. Unsuccessful! We will cherish our good memories and forget the mean guy who likes to rob people.
