: the location was perfect
: all the pots and pans were broken, the garbage disposal didnt work, the beverage refrigerator leaked, one of the outlets showed signs of a short, the beds were very uncomfortable

: LOCATION was everything! Right on the beach was beyond amazing! Kitchen upgrade was nice.
: It was not clean. The floors were DISGUSTING! The first thing I did when I got there was clean which was not something I shouldve had to do. There was hair everywhere which was just so gross. Also, the linens were so uncomfortable, luckily I brought my own sheets. And last, there were gross stains on the towels.. poop colored.

: The apartment was clean, including the bedding. Plenty of towels! We appreciate everything you supplied and the items available for our use.
: The only disappointment was the mater bedroom balcony door did not work. This was a feature we were looking forward to. I would suggest someone wipe down the walls in the master bedroom - they ceiling fan has created a lot of dust on them.

: That I was right on the beach
: Well there was supposed to be a parking pass in the room which was not nor was there a shower key ,I called vacassa and they told me that I had to drive to another location to get a parking pass and another location for the shower key was not happy about this at all, I drove to the first location looked in the lock box were they told me the parking pass would be and it wasn't there ,Drove to the other location for shower key and it was closed very frustrating, so I went back to the room and didn't get neither, very bad communication ,sliding glass door in bedroom was duct taped shut and didn't open,the bed lining on bunk beds was falling down, there was a piece of the handle broken off the window in bedroom, no office and no one to go too for parking pass or shower key ,the hurricane door was half way down
