  : I liked the price and the area was nice.
  : The internet didn’t work nor the cable. Also, the pool code was different than what was on paper so it took a long time to get in. The bunk beds were extremely squeaky and the bed in that room is completely broken.

  : The place was dirty. The kitchen sink was clogged it took 2 days for it to be fixed. The clothes dryer did not work, the heating element was out. We rented this place to be able to cook meals in and save money. We brought half the clothes we needed thinking we could wash and dry our clothes there. The dishwasher stunk like dead fish. Half the mini blinds in the windows didnt work. The screen door had no glass or screen, it was just a frame. The carpets were very stained and dirty looking, and the kitchen floor was stinky.I will never rent from this company again.

  : One mattress was older then me and we had to fix the tv for it to work . It would be nice if you could park in the parking lot since I paid $500 dollars a night to stay at this place with a parking lot.

  : We did like the location Ocean City is very beautiful it was quiet we love the shopping we love the restaurants the seafood restaurants we love the bowling it was great . It was very quiet it was beautiful I loved it I could sleep without ear plugs it was great
  : 1- of all there was no screen door on that door 2-we could not get into the pool somebody had the to let us the pool 3- the lock was not working we had to call management to figure out how to lock the door, 4-lock code for the locking door did not work 5- internet did not work for at least two days 6-they need to put in parentheses there's only parking on the street 7-no phone to contact manager you had to use your own 8- they only had AC in the living room and they have old dusty box fans for you to use 9 -the shades did not work and I didn't go down 10-they need to do a better job of cleaning we found stuff left over from the last party that was there. Other than that everything was all right

  : There were codes to unlock the front door and pool. Front door code was not provided; I had to call and ask for it. The code to the pool was wrong. One of the people from the apartment association told us our parking pass was wrong and that are car would be told if we left it in the parking lot. I was traveling with children and there was a unlocked cabinet in the dinning area full of paint and painting chemicals. Mold growing in the shower. Beds were a swooped down in the middle. None for the blinds in the bedrooms worked and there was only one curtain per window.
