  : I tried calling 4 times with questions and was hung up on every time! Rude!! I had already made our reservations. Guested we would figure it out once we arrived. After 7 days of an 11 day stay I finally asked to have the sheets changed. The bathroom had NO towel racks to hang your towels! It was very close to our daughter and price was reasonable.

  : Suites are a little tight space wise but the double bed rooms are huge and have a balcony. Lots of parking! Clean property and conveniently off the freeway.

  : The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The price is a bit high for quality and in the kitchen there is not a single utensil to use. So if you are planning to cook here you must bring pots and pans, silverware, etc.

  : The AC did not work and the employee we talked to wasn't very helpful and the "tip" he gave us to make it work, didn't help. Felt uncomfortable sleeping with the slider open, but around 4AM it was just too warm and stuffy so we opened it to cool the room down. Had a screen door at least, that didn't lock though.

  : Initially, I did not like the lobby appearance. A black faux-leather couch had areas that were severely worn with threads showing. An office desk chair close to a computer had black tape covering a hole in it. After ringing a bell to get service, a gentleman came to the desk but did not seem friendly. I mentioned I was probably too early for check-in, but since the place is right on the freeway I asked if he could assign me a room at the back of the facility. He said something about “no picking before 2 pm,” so I left. I just got a bad feeling. When I came back later, I was assigned a room in the back on the second floor. The room was a bit dingy, but clean. Everything worked fine and the bed was comfortable, so it was OK for one night but I would not return.

  : The beds were comfortable and were clean.
  : Many of the power outlets didn't work. The TV stopped working one night. The balcony had cigarette butts littering the area. The shower had a spray nozzle that hit in the face no matter how much you tried to rotate it.
