  : Breakfast was good and I loved the male young staff but since there was a line of 5 people at checkout he made a mistake and I was charged $177, plus $20 plus another $157 even i asked to get it canceled as my friend paid in Cash! He was not trained to know how to reverse the transaction. Please refund!! This is true. Heidi Hunziker
  : The young man was very helpful during breakfast but had no manager or senior terminal to assist. Definetly that needs remedy. He was very pleasant and helpful but I need my money back as he was paid cash by my friend as said already. Everything else was very positive.One item I noticed however in BR the shower gel dispenser says handmade not showergel.

  : No towels in my room at all. All the soap dispensers in the shower were empty.

  : Day manager was very nice. The evening desk clerk was very helpful when we checked in.
  : A little disappointed on the breakfast items, either a lack of not having it from the supplier or the pancake machine was broken. Eggs and bacon were cold. Had to wait for regular coffee.

  : Everything was clean and the breakfast each morning was a bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to where we needed to be. Amenities in the room (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, lotion were a nice touch. I also liked that room cleaning was only performed if customer asked for it.
  : A closet and a dresser for those staying longer than overnight. I don't like to live out of a suitcase and was disappointed that I had to do exactly that.

  : Loved the hotel and was greated by the staff when we arrived. I called them the 2 J's. Could not remember their names, but both the girl and guys name started with a J. The girl J was very helpful everytime we needed anything. The rooms were clean and very inviting.
  : When we got to our room we noticed that we had no soap and body wash and later realized that we had no conditioner. These are things that should be checked by housekeeping everytime she cleans and especially before a new guest arrives. Also all the trash cans in the hallways were overflowing with trash. These should have been addressed and not left to continue to overflow until morning. I get that you may not have the staff that you used to, but its really no excuse not to do these things. These are not things that take alot of time to do.
